Les racines de notre établissement s’entremêlent intimement avec celles de notre actionnaire majoritaire : la famille Hottinguer. Les débuts de la famille Hottinguer dans la banque remontent à 1786, année de la fondation de l’établissement bancaire éponyme à Paris par Jean-Conrad Hottinguer (1764-1841). Leur parcours s’est poursuivi durant six générations portant un projet ambitieux : une banque indépendante vouée à ses clients et ayant pour objectif l’excellence. Formé à cette école, Jean-Philippe Hottinguer associé à ses cousins François et Emmanuel, fonde en 1989 la société financière HR, devenue en 2006 HR Banque, en 2007 Banque Jean-Philippe Hottinguer & Cie, et en 2012, Banque Hottinguer.
